Abstract
In this article, it briefly introduced the characteristics of domestic low alloy steel 09MnNiDR, and analyzed its weldability. According to the welding technology requirements of some low temperature spherical tank, the welding procedure qualification for 56mm 09MnNiDR steel was carried out, and the welding process parameters for low temperature spherical tank was determined through welding procedure test. The results showed that using W707DRQ electrode to conduct shielded metal arc welding, the weld indicators all meet design demands, the low temperature impact toughness at -70 ℃ exceeded the specified value, and there are major affluence.关键词
