摘要
Abstract
UV strippable adhesive was obtained by adding multifunctional photosensitive resin into adhesive prepared in prior from mixing thermoplastic elastomer SIS proportionally with viscosified resin. The effect of resin/SIS ratio and the amount of the photosensitive resin added on the performance of the product were investigated. Mechanical properties of the products were tested by both the initial adhesion and the 180° peel strength measurements. The bonding/stripping performance of UV strippable adhesive was also characterized by FTIR,DMA and SEM. The experimental results showed that whenm(rosin):m(SIS) was (0.6:1)—(1:1) andm(CN9013NS):m(effective constituent) was (1.4:1)—(1.7:1),the peel strength of the UV strippable adhesive could reach 6—12N/25mm and sharply dropped to less than 1N/25mm before and after UV irradiation and no residue were detected.关键词
