Sea Reclamation Impacts Analysis on Flood Control of Haihe River Estuary

Abstract
Sea reclamation brings much convenience and benefit to the economic society but also some negative impacts. From the angle of impacts on flood control of Haihe River estuary,this study mainly analyzed the negative impacts caused by tide level,discharge capacity,storm surge variation,and discussed how to confront and cope them in a right way.关键词
