摘要

Abstract

An accurate prediction of thermal loads is important in heat transfer calculation of nozzles. Heat transfer from the combustion gases into the nozzle structure is determined by means of engineering equations,CFD software or the STAN5 computer code. It calculated the heat transfer within a round nozzle and a rectangular nozzle by these means. In the present investigation the calculations to experiments were compared. Using a CFD software was a good choice in conical nozzle case as well as in rectangular nozzle case. The STAN5 computer code could predict heat lfux through the rectangular nozzle wall. The thermal loads on conical nozzles by engineering equations can be accepted, but it's not suggested when dealt with rectangular nozzles.
