Isolation and Identification on Pathogenic Bacteria from Endometritis in Dairy Cows of Daqing
摘要
Abstract
The composition of pathogenic bacteria endometritis was studied in dairy cows to find the main pathogen and prudence for the clinical treatment. 56 dairy cows affected endometritis were studied which bacteria were isolated and identified from contents of the uterus.142 bacterial isolates were obtained,30.25% were hemolytic and 50.8% were pathogenic to experimental animals.84% of the diseases were commixed infected by E.coli,staphylococcus,streptococcus.The results showed that E.coli,staphylococcus, streptococcus were major pathogenic bacteria,and mostly commixed infected.关键词
