摘要

Abstract

  To optimize conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total saponins (TS)from Balsampear,using TS content of extracts as evaluation index,the optimization of extraction conditions was performed by single factor and orthogonal array design methods. The results indicated that the optimal conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol volume concentration 80%,microwave-extracting time 10 min,temperature 70 ℃ and material-to-liquid ratio 1∶20. At this condition total saponins from Balsam pear yield was 3.6%. The optimized extraction process was easy to operate,low cost and had stable quality.
