Abstract
Foreign language management and teacher-student communication platform had obtained the system functions such as students’necessary information & registration management,foreign language teaching resourses managemnt,students’scores manegement etc. This system had adopted three -layer frame & B/S technique development. The article illustrated the idea of realization in system function,database design & program realization.关键词
