混合盐碱胁迫对绿豆种子萌发与幼苗生长发育的影响
Effects of Complex Salt-alkali Stresses on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Mung Bean
摘要
Abstract
To clarify the effects of mixed salt-alkali stresses on germination and seedling growth of mung bean seed,the neutral salt NaCl,Na2SO4 and alkaline salt NaHCO3,Na2CO3 were mixed in different ratio. The concentration of salt-alkali mixed solution to 100 mM(pH=9.0)was adjusted to determine the changes of growth indexes of mung bean seeds and seedlings in the saline solution after treatment. The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of mung bean seed in mixed saline-alkali stress decreased significantly. Mung bean seedlings in the mixed salt-alkali stress mainly showed that the leaf chlorophyll content and plant aboveground biomass decreased. Seed germination and seedling physiological changes under saline-alkali stresses of mung bean would provide the theoretical basis for the development of mung bean production in saline-alkali soil.关键词
