以我国肉羊产业主产区———内蒙古巴彦淖尔市为典型案例，分析近年来我国肉羊产业中出现的纵向一体化现象，研究目前中国肉羊产业纵向一体化的现有模式及发展趋势，并对未来的产业纵向一体化模式的发展提出了建议。
