超声波辅助半纤维素酶提取南瓜皮果胶的工艺研究
Ultrasonic-assisted Hemicellulase Extraction of Pectin from Pumpkin Peel
摘要
Abstract
Optimal conditions for the extraction of pectin from the pumpkin peel were researched by using ultra -sonic-assisted hemicellulase method .With the extraction rate of pectin as index ,the effects of the concentration of hemicellulose solution ,material/liquid ratio ,extraction time ,extraction temperature and ultrasonic power were investigated through single factor and orthogonal L 9 (34 )experiment .The optimum extraction technology were obtained as follows the concentration of hemicellulose solution 0 .7% ,material/liquid ratio 1∶20 ,extrac-tion temperature 50 ℃ ,extraction time 90 minutes ,ultrasonic power 240 W ,ultrasonic time 10 min .In this con-dition ,the extraction rate of pectin was up to 11 .21% .关键词
