冀北高原地区山野菜资源开发利用现状与发展对策
Utilization Status and Development Countermeasures of Edible Wild Vegetables in the North Plateaus of Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
Northern plateau of Hebei province which belongs to the alpine region is located in the north of Hebei province ,and economic conditions still lag behind .The resources of edible wild-vegetable were rich in the north plateaus of Hebei province ,which had great edible value ,medicinal value and economic value .But their basic re-search was weak ,development face was narrow ,utilization ratio was low ,and lacked of deep processing .The definition ,classification and resource characteristics of edible wild vegetables and climatic conditions of the north plateaus of Hebei province were briefly described ,then research status and characteristics of development and comprehensive utilization were concluded .It pointed out the sustainable development way ,and suggested that investigation and study must be under the basis of the protection of resources ,and corresponding counter-measures on how to further reasonably export and utilize wild-vegetable resource were put forward .关键词
