摘要
Abstract
Based on the achievements of forest property right in China ,the irregular problems were deeply dis-cussed during the circulation of forest property right for example the forest nature changed ,the farmers lost their forest heavily ,the forest property right disputes complex and the economic benefits and ecological benefits affected seriously ,meanwhile the reasons including the farmers' ideas ,the system guarantee and the manage-ment to the circulation of forest property right were carefully analyzed .The results showed that Chinese forest right circulation business was still in the initial stage of exploration ,still in many aspects that guide ,service ,au-dit and supervision etc .which need to improve and advance ,in order to ensure the orderly development of forest right circulation .关键词
