摘要
Abstract
To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Gukang cap-sules.The sample was extracted in methanol by ultrasonic .The paeoniflorin content of Gu-kang capsules was determined on C 18 chromatographic column using HPLC .Methanol -wa-ter (28∶72) was used as the mobile phase using .The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Paeoniflorin linear range was 9.8 ~99.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient r was 0.999 8.And the average recovery rate was 99.46%.The pro-cessing method is reasonable .The methodology conforms to the requirements of the quantita-tive.This method can be used for the determination of paeoniflor in Gukang capsules .关键词
