摘要

Abstract

Large electronic equipment is hard to test and diagnose because of the characters of integrated,hierarchical and modular,so a hierarchy testability model is proposed to compartmentalize the testability elements,the relationships within the hierarchy and between hierarchies are established. Using this method to model and analyze the different hierarchies of equipment,using the two relations and the fault can be isolated in this hierarchy,if there has an fault module that can be isolated to bottom subassembly,the hierarchy testability model can achieve the hierarchical diagnose. When hierarchical fault is changed in maintenance level,this hierarchical model can describe the circs correctly. Finally,one system of equipment was taken for example to analysis,and verified the applicability and effectiveness of the method.
