Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss myocardial enzyme levels in adult patients with intracranial infection compli‐cated with epilepsy and to explore its clinical value.Methods We selected 150 epilepsy patients who included 109 patients with intracranial infection treated in our hospital as the observation group. Of these patients ,46 cases with viral meningitis were considered as observation group A ,31 cases with cryptococcal meningitis as group B ,32 cases with tuberculous meningitis as group C ;41 cases with non‐intracranial infection as the control group. Then we detected myocardial enzyme levels.Results The serum AST ,CK‐MB ,LDH ,LDH‐1 andα‐HBDH levels in the observation group A were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the serum AST ,LDH‐1 and α‐HBDH levels of observation group B were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) ,while CK‐MB and LDH levels had no statistical differences between the two groups (P> 0.05). Serum LDH ,LDH‐1 ,andα‐HBDH levels of observation group C were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) ,while the AST and CK‐MB levels had no statistical differences between these two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Myocardial enzyme levels in adult patients with intracranial infection differ from that in the non‐infection patients ,and clinical detection of myocar‐dial enzyme levels can provide certain guidance for disease diagnosis and treatment.关键词
