高同型半胱氨酸血症与缺血性脑卒中的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To deeply explore relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and ischemic stroke ,offering scien‐tific evidences for the precaution of ischemic cerebral stroke .Methods Seventy‐eight ischemic stroke cases were enrolled as is‐chemic stroke group and sixty healthy people as control group .The plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels were measured in all sub‐jects .The relationships between Hcy and diabetes ,hypertension ,age ,gender ,blood lipid were analyzed .Results The plasma Hcy levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01) .The diabetes , hypertension ,age ,gender and blood lipid showed no statistical difference between ischemic stroke group and the control group (P>0.05) .Conclusion Plasma Hcy levels may be closely related to ischemic stroke ,and hyperhomocysteinemia may be an in‐dependent risk factor for ischemic stroke .关键词
