Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao power combined with escitalopram on the overall rehabilitation in patients with depression after ischemic stroke.Methods 68 cases with depression after ischemic stroke were randomly divid‐ed into observation group and control group according to the admission order.Patients in control group received escitalopram tablets orally with the initial dose of 5mg/d for 3 days and then 10mg/d instead.Based on the control group ,patients in obser‐vation group received modified therapy of Danzhi Xiaoyao power orally with the volume of 100mL three times daily for 8 weeks treatment. We observed the HAMD scores ,Hcy levels ,lipid levels and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results After 4‐week and 6‐week treatment ,the HAMD scores in two groups showed statistical difference (P<0.05) ,which were remarkably lower in observation group than that in control group. Compared with pre‐treatment ,Hcy levels decreased significantly after treatment in observation group with a statistical difference (P<0.05) ,which had no significant difference in control group. In terms of liquid levels ,there was no significant change in the control group after treatment ,while the TC and TG levels de‐creased significantly and H‐DLC level increased significantly in the observation group after treatment (P<0.05). In addition , there was no significant difference between the two groups as for adverse reactions.Conclusion The therapy of Danzhi Xiaoyao power combined with escitalopram has positive effect on the general recovery in patients with depression after ischemic stroke.关键词
