Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of fasudil combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on delayed traumatic cere‐bral infarction.Methods 140 cases with delayed traumatic cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group ,70 cases in each group. Besides the routine‐supportive therapy after admission ,pa‐tients in the observation group were given fasudil combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy ,the control group only received fastidious therapy. Results The effective rate of 94.29% in observation group was higher than 80% in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). In addition ,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 15.71% ,which showed no statistical difference compared with the occurrence of 14.29% in the control group (P> 0.05).Conclusion Fasudil combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a significant clinical effect on delayed traumatic cerebral in‐farction with the low incidence of adverse reactions ,which should be worthy of clinical application.关键词
