摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of serum MMP ,TIMP and RAAS in patients with brain glioma during the perioperative period. Methods 32 patients with brain glioma treated with operation in our hospital from February 2010 to De‐cember 2013 were selected as observation group ,32 healthy persons at the same period were selected as control group. The ser‐um MMP ,TIMP and RAAS indexes at 1‐day pre‐operation and on the 1st ,3rd ,5th ,7th day after the operation in two groups were detected and compared. Results The serum MMP and TIMP of observation group at 1‐day pre‐operation and on the 1st , 3rd ,5th ,7th day after the operation were higher than those of control group ,and the serum RAAS indexes at 1‐day pre‐opera‐tion and on the 1st ,3rd ,5th day after the operation were higher than those of control group ,in addition ,the serum RAAS in‐dexes on the 1st ,3rd day after operation were higher than those at other times (P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum MMP ,TIMP and RAAS in patients with brain glioma during the perioperative period reveal considerable fluctuation ,which are obviously affected by the state of disease and the way of operation treatment.关键词
