微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cere-bral hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group ,40 patients in the control group were treated by traditional craniotomy ,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated by soft channel minimally invasive re‐moval of intracranial hematoma ,clinical efficacy of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group ,the operation time and bleeding volume in observation group were significantly different from the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Soft channel minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ,can effectively shorten the operation time ,reduce the volume of bleeding ,and improve clinical curative effect ,which is worthy of clinical value.关键词
