Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation of brain microhemorrhage glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids asso‐ciated with acute ischemic stroke.Methods One hundred and twenty acute ischemic stroke patients from February 2013 to Feb‐ruary 2014 were selected ,and were divided into trail group (with CMBs ,65 cases) and control group (without CMBs ,55 ca‐ses). The level of total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,low density lipoprotein (LDL) ,high density lipoprotein (HDL) , APO‐A1 ,APO‐B and HbA1c and other biochemical markers of two group were compared ,and they were analyzed by correla‐tion regression.Results HbA1c level of trail group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05) ,TC level of trail group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);SWI displayed that CMBs of trail lied in basal ganglia mostly ,and patients in trail group age were 65‐80 years mostly ,which were higher than the patients with 65‐80 years old (P<0.05).Conclusion Brain microhemorrhage certain correlation between glycated hemoglobin and cholesterol levels and stroke in patients with acute ischemic brain occurs ,both of which are risk factors for cerebral microhemorrhage produce phenomena.关键词
