石榴皮多酚对痤疮丙酸杆菌体外抑菌活性的研究
Antibacterial Effect of Pomegranate Peel Polyphenols against Propionibacterium acnes in Vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the inhibiting effect of pomegranate peel polyphenols on Propionibacterium acnes, the main pathogenic bacteria of acne. Methods First growth inhibition test (Oxford cup method) are used to determine the inhibiting effect of pomegranate peel polyphenols alcohol extract inhibition on P. acne. Then the inhibiting effect of drug to the test bacteria inhibition was evaluated through in vitro agar dilution method for observing the MIC of P. acne. Results Pomegranate peel polyphenols alcohol extract (500, 300, 100 mg/mL) showed strong antibacterial activity on P. acne ATCC11827, and its MTC to P. acne was for 20 mg/mL. Conclusion Pomegranate peel polyphenols alcohol shows a clear role in inhibiting the activity on P. acne in vitro.关键词
