Effects of the Prescription of Truncation and Inverse Draft on the TNF-α, IL-1βand IL-6 of Serum in Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure Model Rats

Abstract
Objective:To explore the Effects of the Prescription of Truncation and Inverse Draft on the TNF-α, IL-1βand IL-6 of serum in Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure Model Rats. Methods: The 61 wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group and Chinese medicine group. The pig serum was used to induce immunly rat liver cirrhosis or liver fibrosis model, and then D-GalN/LPS was given by intraperitoneal injection to establish Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure Model. Before acute attacked, the Chinese medicine group was feed liquid of the Prescription of'Truncation and Inverse Draft'three days. Af-ter acute attacked 4, 8 and 12 h, Model group and Chinese medicine group were respectively put to death number rats. the changes of seruml indexes ALT and AST of every group rats were observed; Liver pathology changes situation in each group rat was observed by HE staining method;The content of TNF a, IL-1 β and IL-6 in rat serum were observed by ELISA method. Results: Compared to the corresponding time points model group, The Chinese medicine groupcan observably reduce the content of ALT, AST, TNF-a, IL-1 β and IL-6 in rat serum, alleviate the liver tissue pathological damage. Conclusions:The Prescription of 'Truncation and Inverse Draft' can decrease TNF-a, IL-1 β, IL-6 etal cells factor content to lighten liver tissue damage in acute-on-chronic liver failure.关键词
