电针减轻局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织病理损伤的作用机理研究
The Mechanism of Electro-acupuncture in Attenuating Pathological Injury of Brain Tissue in Rats with Focal Ischemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore possible mechanism of electro-acupuncture therapy on reducing ischemic brain injury. Methods: Modified Suture-occluded method was applied for forming focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model; the acupuncture points of Electro-acupuncture were "Baihui", "Shuigou" and "Zusanli"; reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method was used for semi quantitative determination of serum Survivin mRNA expression. Results: The pathological change in the treatment group was lighter than that model group in the same phase; in the same phase, the Survivin mRNA expression of acupuncture group were higher than that of the model group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture therapy can provide effect of reducing ischemic brain injury, the mechanism of which may be associated with the increase of Survivin mRNA expression in ischemic brain tissue.关键词
