针灸治疗对8例多发性脑梗死患者脑内葡萄糖代谢影响的临床观察
Effects of Acupuncture on the Cerebral Glucose Metabolism of Repeated Stroke Patients：A Clinical Research of 8 Cases

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of acupuncture on the cerebral glucose metabolism of multiple cerebral in-farction patients. Methods: 16 patients with multiple cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 8 cases in each group; patients in the control group were treated by Aspirin, nifedipine GITS, diformin tablet and glipizide for an-tiplatelet, antihypertension and glucose-decreasing, and patients in the treatment group are treated with acupuncture as well as the same treatment of the control group. The glucose metabolism decreased lesion number in repeated stroke patients was ob-served after 14 days. Results: The difference of glucose metabolism decreased lesion number between the two groups was sig-nificant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture might activate the cerebral area bilaterally and reconstruct its function.关键词
