玉液康保健饮料对糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用研究
Research on Hypoglycemic Effect of Yuye Herbal Tea Health Drink in Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore effect of Yuye herbal tea health drink hypoglycemic on diabetic mice, in order to promote the development of utilization of the scientific basis of research evidence for Yuye herbal tea series of health food products. Methods: 70 mice were divided into seven experimental groups, including 10 mice for blank control group; the remaining 60 with intraperitoneal injection of alloxan diabetes were divided into 6 different model drug and dose control groups; after continuous administration for the test time, the blood glucose, liver glycogen, the MDA content and SOD activity were determined. Results: The diabetes symptoms in model mice markedly improved; the blood glucose levels, serum and liver MDA content and LDH activity in YuYe herbal tea health drink group were significantly lower(P<0.05), serum and liver SOD activity, glycogen content were significantly enhanced(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yuye herbal tea health drinks can provide the effect of lowering blood sugar and delay of complications.关键词
