一贯煎颗粒成型工艺的研究

Abstract
Objective: To find an optimal forming process of Yi-Guan Decoction granule. Methods: According to the diffi-culty of granulation, the size distribution, daily dosage and solubility of the granule, the orthogonal design was applied to eval-uate the process of the granule comprehensively. Results: The optimal process was that extract powder and microcrystalline cellulose was mixed in proportion as 8∶4 mixed with 70% of ethanol at 4% amount. The repose angle and CRH of the gran-ule were 32.45° and 72% respectively. Conclusion: The process provided an experimental evidence for industial production and environmental control of Yi-Guan Decoction granule.关键词
