二胡白芍汤加减治疗便秘型肠易激综合征56例临床观察
Effect of Er-hu Bai-shao Decoction on Constipation Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome：A Clinical Observation of 56 Cases

Abstract
Objective: To observe clinical effect of Er-hu Bai-shao decoction on Constipation type irritable bowel syn-drome. Methods: 112 patients with Constipation Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 56 cases in each group; patints in the treatment group were treated with Er-hu Bai-shao decoction, and those in the control group were treated with Trimebutine maleate tablets. The clinical effects were obsevred after one month. Results:The total efficiency rate was 92.9% and 69.6% in the two groups respectively, and the effect in the treatment group was bet-ter than that in the control group; There were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Er-hu Bai-shao decoction can provide better effect on Constipation type irritable bowel syndrome.关键词
