护心康对动脉粥样硬化兔TLR4mRNA的干预作用
Intervention Effect of Huxinkang on TLR4mRNA in Atherosclerosis Rabbits
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Huxinkang on atherosclerosis rabbit . Methods:Atherosclerosis rabbits were induced by high lipid diet. The rabbits were divided into Huxinkang low, middle and high dose groups. The samples of aorta were taken for TLR4mRNA in the AS plaque. Results: The expression of TLR4mRNA in AS plaque were all increased obviously in the Huxinkang low, middle and high dose groups. The high dose group is better than low dose group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Huxinkang can decrease TLR4mRNA in plaque.关键词
