Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Compound Kushenzi Lo-tion. Methods: The method was established on a DIONEX -C18(250 nm×4.6 nm, 5μm) column, mobile phase consisting of ace-tonitril-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection of length was 354 nm, col-umn temperature of 30℃, and sample size of 20 μL. Results: The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride were in good linearity within the range of 6.2-148.8 μg/mL(r=0.9995), the average recovery was 99.58% with RSD% 1.29%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and it can be used for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Compound Kushenzi Lotion.关键词
