摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the best condition of microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) for the flavonoids from Rab-dosia Serra and to compare with traditional ultrasonic extractio (UE). Methods: MAE and UE were adopted to optimize the laboratory conditions of flavonoids extraction by the orthogonal design according to 4 factors and 3 standard,and the flavonoids in Rabdosia Serra was determined with spectrophotometry. Results: Appropriate MAE conditions included liquid/solid ratios of 1:30, ethanol concentration of 65%, the power of microwave oven of 360W, and extraction time of 30min; the recovery of flavonoids from Rabdosia Serra with MAE (96.11%) was higher than UE (90.47%). Conclusion: The experiment results demon-strated higher extracting rate and shorter extracting time. It indicated that MAE was more suitable to extraction of the flavonoids.关键词
