清肝利胆排石丸治疗胆石症55例临床观察
Efficacy of Liver-Draining Gallbladder-Disinhibiting Stone-Expelling Pill on Cholelithiasis：A Clinical observation of 55 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy on cholelithiasis by Liver-Draining Gallbladder-Disinhibiting Stone-Expelling Pill. Methods: 100 patients with cholelithiasis were randomly divided into treatment and control group; the 55 cases of patients in the treatment group were treated by Liver-Draining Gallbladder-Disinhibiting Stone-Expelling Pill, and those 45 cases of patients in control group were given Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treat-ment for 6 months. Results: The cure rate, total mark effect rate and total effective rate were 50.9%, 67.3% and 76.4% re-spectively in treatment group, and 22.2%, 31.1%, 44.4% respectively in control group; the difference on the clinical effect was statistic(P<0.05) , the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group. Conclusion: Liver-Draining Gallbladder-Disinhibiting Stone-Expelling Pill can provide better clinical efficacy on cholelithiasis.关键词
