壮骨胶囊对原发性骨质疏松症中医证候群及骨密度水平的影响
Influence on TCM Syndrome and Bone Mineral Density Level in Osteoporosis by Zhuanggu Capsule

Abstract
Objective:To Observe the influence of Zhuanggu capsule on TCM syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine on bone mineral density and level of influence in primary osteoporosis and evaluate the clinical efficacy. Methods: 80 patients with primary osteoporosis patients were randomized into treatment and control group with parallel comparison method; patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhuanggu capsule, and that of the control group were given Compound Calcium Amino Acid Chelate Capsules. The TCM symptoms score, lumbar and femoral neck BMD were observed to evaluate the clini-cal efficacy. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%, and that of the control group was 80.0%; the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05); The TCM symptoms score in both of two groups reduced after the treatment( P<0.05); and the BMD in treatment group was lower than that of the control group af-ter the treatment( P<0.05); The TCM symptoms score in both of two groups reduced after the treatment( P<0.05); and the BMD in treatment group was lower than that of the control group after the treatment( P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhuanggu capsule can provide effectively curative effect for osteoporosis, increase the bone density and improve the TCM symptoms.关键词
