中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎62例疗效观察
Effect of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease：A Clinical Observation of 60 Cases

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by combination of Chinese and Western Medicine. Methods: The 186 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided randomly into treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2; the patients in the control group 1 were treated with variation of Lesser Abdomen Stasis-Expelling Decoction; patients in the control group 2 were given routine treatment of Western medicine; patients in the treatment group were treated with variation of Lesser Abdomen Stasis-Expelling Decoction and routine treatment of Western medicine. The change of symptom and sign was observed, and gynecological examination and type-B ultrasonic were carried out in 1 month after the treatment to evaluate the curative effect.Results: The curative effect of the treatment group was better that of the control group 1 and control group 2, with significant difference( P<0.05). Conclusion: Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine can provide better curative effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and the effect is better than that of Chinese and Western Medicine respectively.关键词
