补肾温肺合剂挥发油提取工艺研究
Study on Extraction Process of Volatile Oil from Supplementing- Kidney Warming-Lung Mixture
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil in Supplementing- Kidney Warming-Lung Mix-ture. Methods: The essential oils were extracted from Supplementing- Kidney Warming-Lung Mixture by steam distillation, Sol-vent extraction method and Ultrasonic extraction. The amount of the components from the essential oil were analyzed by GC. Results: Extraction quantity of oil of four extraction methods were 2.3, 2.48, 1.7 and 1.4 mL respectively; and extraction rate 1.53%, 1.66%, 1.13% and 0.93% respectively. GC shows that the amount of the components from the essential oil by steam distillation is better than other methods. Conclusion: Steam distillation is better than other methods in extraction rate of oil and the amount of the components from the essential oil.关键词
