不同剂量生附子煎煮要点探析
Discussion on Decoction of Raw Aconite with Different Dosage
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize the decoction methods of Raw Aconite in our hospital, in order to offer experience for the decoction of Raw Aconite. Methods: A retrospective analyse was used for the condition of the patients that use Raw Aconite in the last two years. Results: The total dosage of Raw Aconite for inpatients was 364.2 kg in the last two years, 15.1 kg per month; the dosage determines the decoction time, all of which need to be longer than 2 hours. Conclusion: There were no moderate intoxication in the use of Raw Aconite for inpatients in the last two years, which indicates that our hospital have some clinical experience in decoction of Raw Aconite.关键词
