Abstract
Objective: To study the curative effect of headache decoction combined with acupuncture on migraine. Meth-ods: According to clinical time, 85 patients with migraine which met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group(n=43) and the control group(n=42) randomly. Patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine, and the patients in treatment group were given headache decoction and acupuncture treatment. The VAS score, drug safety and curative effect were observed after 3 weeks time. Results: The curative effect of the treatment group was superior than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05); The headache VAS score in both two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05); the comparison on VAS score after treatment and difference showed sta-tistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Headache decoction combined with acupuncture can provide good curative effect on migraine and effectively relieve headache VAS scores.关键词
