Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for determining the contents of Peoniflorin in Zhixueyang Granules. Methods:HPLC was performed to detect the contents with Diamonsil C18 column, mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid so-lution(14∶86), UV detection wavelength of 230 nm, flow rate of 1 mL/min and column temperature of 30 ℃. Results: The liner ranges of Peoniflorin was 11.2-560μg/μL,r=0.99994. The average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was 98.14%. Conclu-sion: This method is simple, quick, high resolution with stable result. It can be used for quality control of Zhixueyang gran-ules.关键词
