中医传统保健课程在高校体质弱势群体中的应用研究*
Research on Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Course for Physical Vulnerable Groups in University
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine health care course for physical vulnerable groups in university. Methods: 64 students meeting the inclusion criteria of physical vulnerable groups in our school attended Traditional Chinese Medicine health care course, and the effect was evaluated. Results: With attendances rate of 100%, all of the 64 students completed the Traditional Chinese Medicine health care course. The average course score was 80.6 marks. The total SCL-90 score decreased from (152±29) to (48±6) marks, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chi-nese Medicine health care course can achieve good effect in physical vulnerable groups.关键词
