调经助孕方联合来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者卵泡发育及卵巢、子宫血流动力学影响*
Effect on the Situation of Follicular Development, Ovarian and Uterine Hemodynamic in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility Patients by Combined Use of Tiaojing Zhuyun Recipe and Letrozole

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Tiaojing Zhuyun recipe (TJZY) combined with letrozole on the situation of follicular development and the ovarian and uterine blood flow in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) infertility patients. Methods:Sixty PCOS infertility patients were randomized into three groups, 20 cases in each group. Patients were treated by Tiaojing Zhuyun recipe in Chinese medicine group, letrozole in western medicine group, and Tiaojing Zhuyun recipe letrozole in inte-grative medicine group. The menstruation improvement and the change of the basal body temperature (BBT) of the three groups of patients were compared in 2 courses of treatment. In addition, those patients were examined by transvaginal color doppler flow imaging (TV-CDFI) to observe and test their endometrial thickness, the peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic flow velocity (EDV), spiral artery resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) of ovarian, follicle wall and uterine artery blood flow in 2 courses of treatment. Results: The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the integrative medicine group were higher than that in the Chinese medicine group and western medicine group (P<0.05). In improving the endometrial thickness and the EDV, RI and PI parameters of ovarian follicle wall and uterine artery blood flow, the integrative medicine group were better than the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tiaojing Zhuyun recipe combined with letrozole can improve the ovula-tion rate and pregnancy rate of PCOS infertility patients, the mechanism of which may be related to regulating the ovarian blood flow and improving the follicle wall and uterine perfusion of those patients.关键词
