心康饮治疗扩张型心肌病利尿剂抵抗的临床观察*
Clinical Observation on Heart Health Beverage in Treating Diuretic Resistance in Dilated Cardiomyopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Heart Health Beverage in Treating Diuretic Resistance in Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Methods: The design of quantitative response, open type and one-way sequential trial was applied. Patients were treated by Heart Health Beverage as well as basic treatment of Western medicine; the treatment course was 2 weeks and the daily urinary volume and diuretic dose were observed. The Sequential trial diagram was drawn according the results. Re-sults: The 24 h urine volume at the first day, seventh day and second week increased, with significance difference (P<0.01). The dose of Furosemide at the third day to the second week was decreased, with significance difference (P<0.01). Conclusion:Heart Health Beverage can provide obvious effect on diuretic resistance in dilated cardiomyopathy, which is identified as "Yang Deficiency of heart and kidney" and "Ancestral Qi Falling", increasing the 24 h urine volume and reducing the diuretic dose.关键词
