Effect of Kidney-tonifying and Pregnant-promoting Traditional Chinese Herbs on the Expression of Endometrial Pinopodes of Mice with Dysfunction of Embryo Implantation

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of kidney-tonifying and pregnant-promoting traditional Chinese herbs on the expression of endometrial pinopodes of mice which were modeled with dysfunction of embryo-implantation. Methods: To estab-lish mice model with dysfunction of embryo-implantation because of kidney-deficiency, which were given Chinese herbs of low dose, normal dose, high dose and Progynova, normal saline respectively. The expression of endometrial pinopodes was observed with the scanning electron microscopy. Results: Abundant developing pinopodes were expressed in endometrial surface in Chi-nese medicine group of normal dose and high dose. Progynova group expressed different size pinopodes, which lagged behind slightly that of the control group. Conclusions: Kidney-tonifying and pregnant-promoting traditional Chinese herbs can improve the development of endometrial pinopodes of mice which were modeled with dysfunction of embryo implantation, to improve the endometrial receptivity.关键词
