电针结合超激光理疗治疗颈性眩晕45例疗效观察*
Curative Efficacy of Electric Acupuncture Combined with Super Laser Therapy on Cervical Vertigo：A Clinical Observation of 45 Cases

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of electric acupuncture combined with super laser therapy on cervi-cal vertigo. Methods: 90 cases of patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, 45 cases in each group. Patients were treated with super laser therapy in control group, and electric acupuncture combined with super laser therapy in treatment group; the clinical efficacy was evaluated in 10 days, and the recrudescence rate was ob-served. Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, with significant differ-ence (P<0.05); the recrudescence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group in 6 months, with sta-tistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Electric acupuncture combined with super laser therapy can provide good clinical effi-cacy for cervical vertigo, with low recrudescence.关键词
