Abstract
Objective: To study the inhibition of NCTD ongliomas in vivo. Methods: The mice with G422 cell xenografts were randomly divided into model group, positive control group, NCTD higher, middle and lower doses groups (100, 50 and 25 mg·kg-1), 10 rats in each group. There is normal control group of 10 rats without inoculated tumour. After 10-day treatment, the serum content of sIL-2R was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The serum content of IFN-γ was detected by ELISA. Tumor was stripped and the tumor-inhibition rate was counted. The spleen was removed, with the spleen index calcu-lated; MTT was performed to observe the effect of NCTD on proliferation of lymphocyte cell T and B. Results: NCTD signifi-cantly decreased the content of sIL-2R in mice, increased the content of IFN-γ, inhibited the growth of G422 cell xenografts, with no significant effect on spleen index and promoted the proliferation of lymphocyte T and B in tumor-bearing mice spleen. Conclusion: NCTD can inhibit the growth of G422 in vivo and promote immunomodulatory effects.关键词
