Abstract
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of Hesperidin in Breast Pain Softening Hardness Tablets by HPLC. Methods: The HPLC method was applied and Diamonsil Kromasil-C 18 was used; Methanol - water(20∶80) was used as mobile phase; detective wave was 284 nm; flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of Hesperidin was 32-800μg/μL, r=0.9998, The average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was 98.04%,RSD%=1.6%. Conclusion: This method is high resolution, simple and quick, with stable result. It can be used for quality control of Breast Pain Softening Hardness Tablets.关键词
