心理干预疗法配合清肾散瘀方治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床观察*
Clinical Research on Psychological Intervention Therapy Combined with Kideny-Clearing Stasis-Removing Formula Treating Chronic Prostatitis

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention therapy with kideny-clearing stasis-removing formula on chronic prostatitis . Methods: 160 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment and control group, 80 cases in each group. Patients were treated with psychological intervention as well as kideny-clearing stasis-removing formula in treatment group, and kideny-clearing stasis-removing formulathe in control group. Chronic prostatitis symptom index score(NIH-CPSI), International Index of Erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5), anxiety, self-rating scale(SAS) and De-pression Scale(SDS) were observed in 4 weeks. Results: The symptoms of prostatitis and sexual dysfunction were improved both in treatment and control group, but the various indicators of the degree of improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.005). Conclusion: Psychological intervention combined with kideny-clearing stasis-removing formu-la can provide effectivly improve the symptoms of prostatitis , sexual function and psychological state in chronic prostatitis.关键词
