肾衰康胶囊配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭30例临床观察*
Clinical Observation of 30 Cases on Chronic Renal Failure by Combination of Shenshuaikang Capsule and Retention Enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective: To study the influence of Shenshuaikang Capsule and retention enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine on renal function in renal failure patients. Methods: 120 patients with renal failure were randomly divided into 4 groups, including Shenshuaikang Capsule treatment group (A group), retention enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine group (B group), Shenshuaikang Capsule plus retention enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine group (C group) and Ai Xite Tablet group (D group), 30 cases in each group. The treatment course was 21 days in the four groups. The total effective rate and change of renal function were observed. Results: (1)Analysis on the curative effect: the difference on clinical effect between group A and group B was without significance (P>0.05); the total effect rate in the group A and B were higher than that in the group D (P<0.05); The difference on total effective rate between group C and group A and B was significant (P<0.05); the total effect rate in the group C was higher than that in the group D (P<0.01); (2) Analysis on renal function index: the rela-tive index relieved in group B and C, and the improvement in group C was better (P<0.05), expect Ccr (P>0.05). The differ-ence on relative index after treatment between group C and B was significant (P<0.05); the index of Scr, UA and BUN after treatment in group C were better than that of the group A (P<0.05). The difference on relative index before and after treat-ment in group D was without significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: combination of Shenshuaikang Capsule and Retention Enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine can delay the dysfunction of renal in chronic renal failure and the end stage renal disease.关键词
