中西医结合方法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察*
Clinical Observation of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Abstract
Objective: To investigate and study efficacy of of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: 168 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding received in the Maternal and secretion Branch in our hospital from June 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into Diane 35 group (group A), Qi-hemostasis group (group B), Diane 35 plus Qi hemostasis group (group C), 56 cases in each group. Patients were treated by Diane 35 in Group A, Qi-boosting and blood-stanching Chinese medicine in group B, and Diane 35 plus Qi-boosting and blood-stanching Chinese medicine in C group, 4 weeks for a course. Total efficiency, reduced bleeding, bleeding control and complete cessation of bleeding time were observed. Results: Compared with A, B two groups, the total efficiency of C group showed significant differences (P<0.05); bleeding time, bleeding control and the bleeding stopped completely in group C was significantly shorter than groups A and B (P<0.05). The difference on total efficiency, reduce bleeding, bleeding control and complete cessation of bleeding time between group A and B were without significant difference ( P>0.05). Conclusion: Combina-tion of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine can combine the advantages both of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding, improve the overall efficacy and avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
