滋肾活血汤对2型糖尿病大鼠血管病变及肾脏保护的研究*
Protection of Kidney-Enrichment And Blood-Quickening Decoction on Vasculopathy and Kidney in Type 2 Diabetic Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of Kidney-Enrichment And Blood-Quickening Decoction on blood sugar, fast-ing insulin, blood fat, renal function, and the vasculitis index of ET, NO, INS and TNF-α. Methods: 42 female Wister rats were divided into model control group, Chinese medicine group, melbine group, Chinese medicine-melbine group and blank control group. After intragastric administration of 8 weeks, the biochemical indicator, vasculitis index and renal function were tested. Results: Kidney-Enrichment And Blood-Quickening Decoction can reduce the serum NO, INS, TNF-α, TG, BUN, CREA and UA in Type 2 diabetic rats. Conclusion: Kidney-Enrichment And Blood-Quickening Decoction can relieve the vas-cular inflammation, with protective function on kidney. And the function was more obvious with low dosage of melbine in ear-ly stage.关键词
