武汉市道路网空间结构与住宅地价的协同性分析
Cooperativity Analysis on the Road Network Topology and Residential Land Price in Wuhan City
摘要
Abstract
The spatial syntax was used to investigate the cooperativity between the road network topology and the resi-dential land price from the perspective of combining the road accessibility and spatial recognition degree.Taking Wuhan as the example,the results show that the road traffic network is characterized by the road rings system and radiation from the center.The cluster residential patterns have formed which was guided by the government policy,urban planning and basic traffic network construction.The results also show that the better road accessibility,the deeper spatial cognition de-gree,and this kind of spatial cognition based on the road accessibility had a multiplier effect on land price,the fitting de-gree between the road network topology and the residential land price is 0.736.关键词
